How distribution works: PreparedWay prepares your release—profile, metadata, audio, artwork, and rights confirmations—and our team reviews it. Delivery to streaming platforms and digital stores is handled by our distribution partner, who also provides royalty reporting and payouts according to our agreement. Your PreparedWay account is where you prepare and track your side of the journey; store links and detailed delivery timelines are shared when your release is live (by email or in the app as we add those features).
Where Your Sound Goes
Major streaming services and regional stores are common destinations—but delivery is executed by our distribution partner after PreparedWay reviews and forwards your approved release. We focus on correct metadata and rights so your partner submission is clean.
Review, Then Partner Processing
Timing depends on our review queue and partner processing—often days, sometimes longer on certain stores or if a release needs fixes. We set expectations when you submit and communicate if anything blocks delivery.
