How distribution works: PreparedWay prepares your release—profile, metadata, audio, artwork, and rights confirmations—and our team reviews it. Delivery to streaming platforms and digital stores is handled by our distribution partner, who also provides royalty reporting and payouts according to our agreement. Your PreparedWay account is where you prepare and track your side of the journey; store links and detailed delivery timelines are shared when your release is live (by email or in the app as we add those features).
Listening Without Borders—Where Partners Allow
When PreparedWay approves and forwards your release, our distribution partner submits it to participating digital stores. Listeners worldwide can discover your music in the regions and platforms your release supports—not automatically every store on Earth on day one unless your configuration and contracts allow it.

Analytics & reporting (roadmap)
Geographic and platform-by-platform analytics are not yet available inside PreparedWay. We are working to surface partner reporting in your account; until then, contact support with questions and request whatever partner exports we may share operationally.

Territory choices
Unlike absolutist “instant worldwide” myths, PreparedWay plus our partner honours the territories you select—or defaults agreed at onboarding—because licensing and store rules vary.
Currency & payouts
Global earnings often arrive via partner settlements in mixed currencies converted per their schedule. PreparedWay Terms describe how monies we actually receive reach your account; the way you visualize consolidated balances in-product is evolving as integrations complete.
