Every release represents your calling. We maintain high standards to ensure your music is presented professionally across all platforms, honoring both your work and the listeners who will receive it.
Audio Quality Standards
Accepted Formats:
WAV, FLAC, AIFF, MP3 (320kbps), ALAC, MP4 (m4a)
Recommended Specifications:
- •Sample Rate: 44.1kHz or 48kHz (up to 96kHz for hi-res)
- •Bit Depth: 16-bit minimum, 24-bit preferred
- •File Size: Up to 250MB per track
- •Peak Levels: -1dB to -0.3dB (avoid clipping)
Pro Tip: Avoid over-compression and excessive limiting. Dynamic range helps your music sound better on streaming platforms.
Artwork Requirements
Technical Specifications:
- •Format: JPG or PNG (RGB color mode)
- •Dimensions: 3000x3000 pixels (minimum), square aspect ratio
- •Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- •File Size: Under 10MB
Content Guidelines:
- •No blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images
- •Avoid contact information, URLs, or social media handles
- •No platform logos (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- •Ensure you have rights to all images and design elements
Metadata Best Practices
Artist & Title Information:
- •Use consistent artist name across all releases
- •Capitalize properly (avoid ALL CAPS)
- •List featured artists as "Artist feat. Featured Artist"
- •Include version info in parentheses: "Song Title (Live)" or "(Acoustic)"
Genre & Categorization:
Choose the most accurate primary and secondary genres. For gospel music, consider:

- • Christian & Gospel
- • Contemporary Christian
- • Worship & Praise
- • Urban Gospel / Gospel R&B
Content Restrictions
To maintain platform compliance and honor the gospel message, please ensure your content:
- •Contains no hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- •Avoids explicit language (mark as explicit if necessary)
- •Respects copyright (no unauthorized samples or covers without licensing)
- •Includes proper credits for all contributors
