How distribution works: PreparedWay prepares your release—profile, metadata, audio, artwork, and rights confirmations—and our team reviews it. Delivery to streaming platforms and digital stores is handled by our distribution partner, who also provides royalty reporting and payouts according to our agreement. Your PreparedWay account is where you prepare and track your side of the journey; store links and detailed delivery timelines are shared when your release is live (by email or in the app as we add those features).

Music videos and lyric-driven visuals carry gospel stories powerfully. PreparedWay aligns specs and metadata; our distribution partner performs technical delivery to eligible video outlets when your package includes them.

Social surfaces (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) rely on your creative team or optional social add-ons. PreparedWay's core promise is accurate distribution metadata plus partner delivery—not guaranteed viral optimization.
Content ID (optional)
YouTube Content ID registrations—when offered—run through partner tooling with separate pricing and approval paths. Ask PreparedWay for status before assuming blanket coverage.
