Help Center
We're here to support your journey. Find answers or reach the team—we'll clarify how PreparedWay and our partner fulfil each lane.
How distribution works: PreparedWay prepares your release—profile, metadata, audio, artwork, and rights confirmations—and our team reviews it. Delivery to streaming platforms and digital stores is handled by our distribution partner, who also provides royalty reporting and payouts according to our agreement. Your PreparedWay account is where you prepare and track your side of the journey; store links and detailed delivery timelines are shared when your release is live (by email or in the app as we add those features).
How Can We Serve You?
Whether you're uploading your first release or managing catalogs, PreparedWay answers with context about our review timelines and partner delivery expectations—nothing sugar-coated.

Tutorial updatesCommon Questions
How long until my release is live?
PreparedWay review comes first—usually a few days unless volume spikes—then our partner ingests toward each DSP. Typical store availability often lands inside a week once clean, yet some storefronts routinely take longer or bounce for fixes; we relay partner estimates at submission time.
When do I get paid?
Partners report royalties on recurring cycles; PreparedWay integrates balances inside the dashboard as feeds connect. Until payouts self-serve in-app, rely on communicated partner schedules and PreparedWay stewardship under the Terms—not instant withdrawal marketing.
Can I distribute cover songs?
Only with lawful mechanical/licensing coverage confirmed per territory. Speak with PreparedWay before scheduling a cover—we'll coordinate partner rules or referrals.
Do I keep my rights?
Yes—Preparedway doesn't take copyright ownership; licences stay limited to agreed distribution facilitation.
What happens if I miss a Basic renewal?
See Pricing → Renewal grace period & arrears (Basic) for the published schedule for annual Basic ($50/year), including 30-day grace and the $20 arrears handling charge after grace for an overdue cycle. Monthly Basic follows the same principles; dollar amounts per cycle follow the plan you activated—see Pricing and Terms section 4.
